Dj and Dj was founded by Dr David Cox and Damien Wood.

David Cox, director DJ & DJ Limited provides loyalty marketing, Giftcard payments and global reward fulfilment services. David’s expertise allows DJ & DJ Limited to provide specialised incentive and performance improvement and customer loyalty marketing solutions to organisations developing and implementing employee incentive and customer loyalty programmes. Additionally David has in-depth experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy and associated tactical marketing campaigns as well as conducting independent market research.

Previously David was the Global General Manager of CiLoyalty, a division of the stock listed Flight Centre Group where we designed and operated global channel loyalty programs for larges fortune 500 organisation including IBM, FCm Travel, Zodiac and Oracle.

Prior to CiLoyalty, David was the Managing Director of Inmark, a company that he founded in 1998 and grew into one of Australia’s largest group travel, conference and customer loyalty marketing organisations. Prior to selling the company, Inmark had established offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland and his clients included leading organisations in the Automotive, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Banking, Rural, Retailing and Manufacturing industries. Prior to Inmark, David was Executive Marketing Manager with TNT Transit Systems for ten years, and during that time won the 1995 and 1996 MIAA Outstanding Marketing Person award and numerous incentive and loyalty marketing industry awards.

David has managed customer loyalty and incentive programmes that focused on customer service measurement, sales targets and productivity improvements. His programmes have won over 50 global awards over the past 25 years including the Loyalty Magazine Award, Pro Award, IPM Award, AMI Award, SITE Award, AIA Award, B2B Awards, IMA Award, Brandon Hall Award (Hall of Fame) and the Loyalty & Engagement Award.

David is a past board member of the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives Australia Chapter and is a Past-President of the Australasian Incentive Association. David is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Marketing and is an Associated Professor of Marketing at Maastricht University. Additionally David is a regular contributor to business magazines and journals on loyalty marketing related issues and challenges in the marketplace.

In addition to providing services to his clients, David completed his PhD in Marketing with the topic of his research thesis being how club structure within loyalty and incentive programmes drives firm performance. In essence, David continues to research structures that will shape future incentive and customer loyalty programmes that deliver maximum return on investment for the sponsoring organisation.


Damien Wood

Damien is a founding director of DJ & DJ and has been involved in film and video production for 25 years. He has a thorough understanding of all aspects of film development and has worked with world-renowned Cinematographers, Directors and Photographers.

Damien has the dual talent of directing and shooting his own film and video projects and his work has been described as contemporary, using cutting edge technology and techniques with a corporate feel. His most recent work includes video projects for Emperor Gold Mines Ltd, Essilor Australia Pty Ltd, Morrissey, CSC, American Express, BMW, AMP, documentaries on Foxtel’s History Channel, Australian Fashion Week and regular stories on Australia’s free-to-air television networks including the Surf Show RA.

Damien has also completed a Master of Media Arts & Production at the University of Technology, Sydney
